Where does Okhtein ship to?

Okhtein ships worldwide with the exception of Syria, Qatar, Libya & Cuba and Australia.

Can I track my order?

You can track your order by emailing us to orders@okhtein.com.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept secured Credit Card payments. However, orders placed in Cairo have the option to pay either Cash on delivery or with Credit Card except for Sherouk area and outside Egypt.

What currencies can I pay in?

We accept payments in US Dollars & Egyptian Pounds.


Dimensions of the bags are to be examined at the store or online prior to purchase.

What is your Returns Policy for Egypt?

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item back to our flagship store in Zamalek. Items bought at the store could be requested for a refund if the client presents the item at the store in its original condition (unused and ticketed) along with the receipt. Item must be thoroughly checked by the store manager before the exchange or refund is processed. For online purchases, the client must email sales@okhtein.com to request an exchange or refund. Item must be returned via our courier and the client is charged with the delivery fee. Kindly note that our courier must examine the bag prior to receiving it. Our return and exchange policy is 10 days for online purchases and 14 days for store purchases.

Items purchased on discount may be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase, given that the item is in its original condition, unused and ticketed.

Original receipt must be present upon exchanging.

Items purchased on discount are inapplicable for refund.

OKHTEIN reserves the right to refuse any exchange/refund for items that fail to meet the mentioned points.


Where can I find your care instructions?

You will find our different care instructions in an Insert card sent along with the product you ordered.

Post Purchase Care

1. Store your bag in a cool, dry place to keep the leather from flaking.
2. To retain the structure, keep the bag standing on its own.
3. Handle with care and avoid any contact with sharp objects or surfaces as items
are produced with 100% genuine leather. Avoid contact with water, perfume or any chemical substances.
4. Keep the bag in a dust bag at all times when not used.
